WHAT IT IS
TeamBeam Outings is a company we built and run inside Cofoundry, in the experiential team-and-culture space. Most corporate offsites are forgettable — a hotel ballroom, some slides, a dinner. TeamBeam exists to make them the opposite: designed experiences that build real connection and actually shift how a team works together afterwards.
It designs and runs offsites, retreats, and team experiences end to end — the concept, the experience design, the logistics, and the facilitation — so leaders get the outcome (a more aligned, more connected team) without the headache of organizing it. It draws on the same understanding of teams and culture that runs through Aadi Projects People work.
It complements Chief Navigators and Consulting's Organization & People practice: where those build leadership and structure, TeamBeam builds the connection and shared experience that make a team more than the sum of its people.
