WHAT IT IS
Everyone has AI ambition in 2026; almost no one has AI in production that actually earns money. The Build group exists to close that gap. We design and ship agentic systems inside real workflows, lay the data foundations underneath them, and automate the work that quietly drags on margin.
It's also where new things get made. Our innovation work takes an idea from concept to a working MVP and first revenue — and when something deserves to be a company in its own right, it has a clean path into Cofoundry, our venture studio. Operations rounds out the group: the unglamorous, high-value work of taking cost and friction out of how a business actually runs.

One line is fine. Many clients start with a single, sharply-scoped engagement — a build sprint or a readiness program — and expand from there as trust builds. You're never sold a programme you didn't ask for.
Two ways. We build the thing rather than hand you a plan to build it, and senior people do the actual work instead of a pyramid of juniors. AI does our first-pass research and drafting, which is how a small team delivers real depth.
No. We work with established companies and family businesses as much as with founders. The common thread is wanting the result built, not just advised.

A firm wall. Client-confidential information never flows into our investing decisions or our ventures, and any potential conflict is reviewed before we act. We'll always tell you plainly that the arms are related.
