WHAT IT IS
The advisory experience most companies know is transactional: a senior name sells the engagement, a rotating cast performs it, a deliverable lands, and the relationship cools the moment the invoice clears. The hard part — making any of it real and keeping it real — is left to the client. We were built to operate the opposite way.
From the first conversation, you work with senior people who do the actual building, tell you the truth, and stay until what we built runs without us. Because Aadi advises, invests, and builds under one roof, the experience is unusually coherent: the same Engagement Partner can summon Consulting capability, Capital, or a Cofoundry build without ever handing you to another firm. And because a real firewall separates advising from investing, you always know exactly whose interest we're serving.

HOW WE KEEP IT CLEAN
We keep a clean wall.
Client confidences never become our ventures, and every company we build is checked for conflicts before a line of code is written. Idea provenance is documented, potential conflicts with advisory clients are disclosed and reviewed, and the client relationship comes first. The full policy is internal; the principle is simple — we protect trust structurally, not just by promise.
QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
No. It's a trade name of Aadi Projects, the combination of our Consulting and Capital arms. We keep the heavier legal structure (separate entities, SPVs) for a future spin-out trigger, not now.
Two ways. We sit on top of a real consulting practice and a capital arm, so validation and funding are in-house — and our cycle includes the downside, via Errored Coin, not just the wins.
A meaningful, founder-aligned stake — we keep the specifics to the conversation rather than a fixed public number, because every venture is different and we're a single entity, not a fund.
Build is for partners with a big problem and for our own theses — co-creating the company. Grow is for getting a live venture to scale. Many ventures use both, in sequence.
A real wall: client confidences never seed our ventures, idea provenance is documented, and every build is conflict-checked first. The client relationship takes precedence.
