Strategy is the most-discussed and most-commoditized service in consulting. We do strategy work the way the firm does every engagement — partner-led, sector-deep, fact-based, and finishable. The output is not a deck. The output is a decision, taken by the people who have to live with it.
We work with CEOs, boards, founders, family principals, and private equity partners on the questions where the next five years are at stake. Where to compete, how to win, what to buy and what to sell, what to keep and what to spin off, what to fund and what to starve. The work is shaped by the seriousness of the question, not by the size of the engagement.
Stated plainly, held without exception. The same on every engagement, the first one and the hundredth.

Partner-led
Every engagement is led directly by a managing director, supported throughout. We do not hand off engagements to people the client has not met.
⚛
AI as method
We use artificial intelligence as part of how we work. Not as a product. Not as a feature. As a method that lets the partnership operate at the breadth of a much larger firm.
▣
Sector-deep
A curated network of operators, founders, regulators, and investors is drawn in for the depth the question requires. Members come from inside the industries we cover.
𖣠
Outcome-aligned
Where the structure allows it, our economics are tied to the outcome of the engagement. Fees, success components, and any cross-program participation are disclosed in writing.
Each line is led by a partner with deep experience in the area, supported by the relevant sector tracks of the advisor network. Engagements are scoped to the question. Every service line opens into its own page with the full scope, situations served, and formats available.

The format is decided by the question, not by a default. The first conversation establishes what the engagement is meant to produce, who is best suited to lead it, and how it will end.
i Fixed-fee project
Scoped to a defined outcome and a defined end. The most common format for a one-time question with a clear deliverable.
ii Monthly retainer
Sustained partnership over months. Used where the work is continuous, the question evolves, or the firm is asked to support a leadership team through a period of change.
iii Fractional leadership
A managing director takes a fractional role inside the client organisation. Used most often for fractional CFO, fractional COO, and similar embedded leadership.
iv Board appointment
A managing director takes a board seat or board observer role. Used where governance, strategy, and capital discussions need a senior voice in the room over time.
v Long-form transformation program
Multi-quarter to multi-year programs designed against quantified outcomes. The firm leads the program directly, with clear stage gates and disclosed economics.
vi Outcome-aligned engagement
Where the structure allows it, part of the firm's economics is tied to the outcome. Used where the outcome can be cleanly measured and the structure does not compromise the firm's independence of advice
The cost of analysis has fallen. The premium on judgment has risen. We have organized this practice around where the value actually lives.
